Din-Din

I have been so hungry for some fresh Salmon... but, not just plain Salmon it had to have this Strawberry Butter sauce. When I worked at King and Prince I had lunch there and they had this dish. I've been dying for it but, when I love love love a meal I always try and make it. SOoooo Today was the big day. I made the sauce. It was soooooo goood. The Salmon was so fresh and the Strewberry Butter Sauce was GOOD to my taste buds. I'm so happy I made it. I ate it with some Jasmine Rice. I thought I wanted a veggie and my choice was fresh green beans. WOW!

This is how I made the sauce. I didn't follow the directions online. I just did what I wanted. I had 1/2 stick of Real Butter, not completely pureed Strawberries, some sprinkles Garlic Power, 1 tablespoon of sugar, one shake of teriyaki (lawry) sauce. I melted the butter first in the small pot. Then, I added the strawberries and the rest of ingredients. I cooked it on low for about 10 mins. If that! I was nice and warm and good. I poured it on top of the salmon. (Copied from Scraps of Color)
